Subscribe to your calendar

Show your NeoKivo deadlines in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar with a private, read-only link.

Updated 2026-10-18

The Calendar page lists every dated commitment you can see: deliverable due dates, usage-rights and exclusivity dates, task due dates, expected close dates, invoice due dates, contract dates and compliance-file expiries. A calendar subscription puts the same events in the calendar app you already use. It is one-way: changes in your calendar app never reach NeoKivo, and events are edited on their records in NeoKivo.

Subscribe

  1. 1Open Calendar and click Subscribe.
  2. 2Choose the events to include: Mine, or Everyone for everything you can see. Choose the detail: Minimal or Full.
  3. 3Click Create link. Copy the link, or click Open in calendar app to hand it to your default calendar app.
  4. 4Google Calendar: open Other calendars, then From URL, and paste the link. Outlook: Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, and paste the link. Apple Calendar: File, then New Calendar Subscription, and paste the link.

The link is shown once, when you create it. NeoKivo stores only a fingerprint of it, so it cannot show it again. If you lose it, regenerate the link.

What the feed contains

Events are all-day markers that do not block your time. They run from 90 days back to a year ahead. Items that are past due and still open are marked Overdue in the title. Minimal detail shows the event title, which names the talent and brand, and a link back to NeoKivo. Full detail also lists the deal, campaign and talent in the event notes. Amounts never appear in the feed, at either level.

How fresh it is

Your calendar app decides when to refresh a subscription, and the delay is often several hours. A change you make in NeoKivo may take that long to show up, and Settings → Account shows when the feed was last read.

Privacy and access

  • Anyone with the link can read the feed, so treat it like a password and do not share it. Each person creates their own.
  • The feed shows only what you can see in NeoKivo. If you lose access to a deal, a document or a module, its events disappear from the feed on the next refresh.
  • If you are removed from the workspace, or you reset your password, your link stops working.
  • The link is separate from the app: it works without signing in, and ends only when you turn it off, regenerate it, or lose access.

Change, regenerate or turn off

Open Calendar and click Subscribe again to change the events or detail, which applies to the same link. Regenerate link gives you a new link and stops the old one at once, so resubscribe in your calendar app with the new one. Turn off deletes the link. You can also turn it off from the Calendar feed card in Settings → Account. Calendar apps keep showing the events they already fetched until you remove the subscription there.
