About NeoKivo

NeoKivo was founded by Julien Tielemans after one too many CRMs that were either a spreadsheet with delusions or an enterprise suite that turned sales teams into data-entry clerks for reports nobody read. The product is built around what a small representation agency actually needs: deals linked to the talent you represent, a commission split worked out automatically, and a Home page that puts the deals needing you at the top, including the ones that have gone quiet.

We build differently. NeoKivo is engineered with heavy use of AI tooling under strict human direction: every feature is specified, reviewed, and tested before it ships, and the founder is personally accountable for what breaks. That discipline is how NeoKivo ships document encryption, role-based permissions, invoice tracking, and a public API. The changelog is the public record of that pace.

Some opinions are baked into the product. A product that needs an admin isn't simple, so there is no setup consultant to hire. And your data is yours: workspace contents are never used to train AI models, documents are encrypted at rest, and export is a first-class feature, not a retention trick.
