About NeoKivo

NeoKivo is built by one person who answers his own support email.

Hi, I'm Julien Tielemans. I started NeoKivo because every CRM I tried was either a spreadsheet with delusions or an enterprise suite that made my team do data entry for management reports nobody read. I wanted the thing sales actually needs: a pipeline you can drive from the keyboard, one clear next action per deal, and software that nags you before a deal goes quiet instead of after.

I should be upfront about how it's made, because you can probably tell parts of it were built fast: I work with AI coding tools, heavily. Every feature is specified, reviewed, and tested under my direction, and I'm the one accountable when something breaks. That workflow is why a one-person company can ship encryption for documents, role-based permissions, invoicing, a public API, and a full Japanese translation, and still charge one flat price. The changelog is the honest record of that pace. Judge the work, not the headcount.

Some opinions you'll find baked into the product. Per-seat pricing punishes growing teams, so NeoKivo doesn't do it. A CRM that needs an admin isn't simple, so there is no setup consultant to hire. And your data is yours: workspace contents are never used to train AI models, documents are encrypted at rest, and export is a first-class feature, not a retention trick.

If you write to hello@neokivo.com, I read it and I reply. Feature requests, bug reports, pricing questions, or telling me a translation reads weird in your language: all of it lands in front of the person who can actually fix it, usually within a day.
