Invite your team
Bring teammates into your workspace from Settings → Members. Invites go out by email, seats are billed on a flat-then-per-seat model, and new members land straight in the workspace.
Updated 2026-07-06
Open Settings → Members. If you are the workspace owner, you'll see an email field and an "Invite" button at the top of the page. Type a teammate's email and click Invite. There is no role field on the invite form — every invite is just an email address.
If your workspace has email sending configured, NeoKivo emails the invite and shows a confirmation toast. If it doesn't, the invite link is copied to your clipboard instead, so you can send it yourself.
Pending invites
Invites that haven't been accepted yet show up in a "Pending" list below your members, with a Copy button for the invite link and an X to revoke it. The Members page header also shows a running count of members, seats, and pending invites.
Accepting an invite
The invite link opens a page that names the workspace and the email it was sent to. Someone already signed in with that email sees an "Accept invite" button. Someone who isn't signed in sees "Sign up to join" or "Log in" instead — either path lands them in the workspace automatically once they finish.
An invite is tied to one email address. Signing in or signing up with a different email than the one it was sent to won't accept it.
What a new member sees
A teammate who joins through an invite skips workspace setup entirely — they go straight into the existing workspace and pipeline. This is different from creating a new account without an invite, which starts the workspace-creation wizard described in Create your workspace.
Role assignment
Every invited member joins with the default "Member" role. To change it, open Settings → Members and use the role dropdown next to their name — available to anyone with permission to manage roles. NeoKivo ships six built-in roles (Workspace Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Limited Member, Read-Only), and a workspace can also define custom roles. Role permissions in full, including custom roles, are covered in the access control section.
Seats and pricing
During the trial, a workspace can add up to 5 members at no cost. Adding a sixth prompts you to subscribe. On a paid plan, $29/mo covers the first 5 seats; each seat beyond that is $7/mo ($290/yr and $70/yr on annual billing). Adding a member raises your seat count right away and the prorated charge for it appears on your next invoice; removing one drops the seat count at your next renewal, without a refund for the current period.
