Copilot
NeoKivo's built-in assistant: ask it about your pipeline, or let it make changes for you. It answers with numbers and lists, not just prose, and always asks before it deletes anything.

Copilot is the AI assistant built into NeoKivo. Open it with ⌘J, or click the Copilot chip in the top bar. It opens as a panel on the right and knows what you're looking at — a deal, the pipeline, a contact — so you can ask about it directly.
What it can do
- Search and read: find a deal, contact, or company, pull up its detail, list deals by owner, stage, or status, and run pipeline reports (value by stage, win rate, overdue and stalled counts, who's winning this quarter).
- Create and update: create deals, contacts, and companies; update a deal's value, close date, owner, or linked contact and company; move a deal to a different stage; mark a deal won, lost, or reopen it; log a note, call, or email to a deal's timeline; set or complete a next action on a deal or contact.
- Remove: archive a deal, contact, or company. Archiving is reversible — the record can be restored.
Copilot only sees and changes what you can. It respects your role, permissions, and deal visibility, and it can't write anything while your workspace is read-only (for example, after a trial ends).
It asks before deleting anything
Archiving a deal, contact, or company is treated as destructive. Copilot always confirms with you in the conversation before it goes through, even if your instruction sounded final. Every other action it takes is shown in the reply as it happens, with a link to what it touched.
Structured answers
For questions with numbers or a list, Copilot answers with product UI instead of a wall of text: stat cards, a small chart, a ranked list of deals (each one links to the record), and a couple of suggested follow-up questions. When it drafts something, it renders as a proper draft block with a subject and body, not inline text.
Drafting and briefing on a deal
On a deal page, a smaller Copilot panel sits inline with two one-click actions: draft a follow-up email, or get a brief on the deal (key facts, health, and the single most important next move). A drafted email shows the sources it drew on and a button to save it straight to the deal's timeline. Regenerate if it doesn't land; the full Copilot panel (⌘J) is always there for anything more open-ended.
The text of your prompt and the specific CRM records relevant to your request are sent to NeoKivo's AI model provider to generate a response. That data is never used to train models. Nothing is sent to an AI provider unless you use an AI feature. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If you run out of AI credits, Copilot tells you in the panel and links to Settings → Billing to add more or upgrade — see AI credits and limits.
