Capture email by BCC, receive replies on your own domain, send from a deal with a connected Gmail account, and see it all land on the deal timeline.

Capture by BCC
Every workspace has its own capture address, shown in Settings → General. BCC it on any email you send to a contact from your own mail client, and NeoKivo logs it to that contact’s open deal. If a contact has more than one open deal, or none, the email lands in a Triage inbox for you to assign by hand instead of guessing.
Custom reply domains
By default, replies to NeoKivo-sent emails come back through NeoKivo’s own domain. In Settings → General, you can point a subdomain you own at NeoKivo instead, so replies keep your domain in the address. Setup is forwarding, not DNS records: forward the subdomain to your workspace’s capture address, then click Verify — NeoKivo sends a probe through that forwarding path and marks the domain verified once it arrives. There’s no DKIM or domain-authentication setup on NeoKivo’s side to complete.
Connecting Gmail
Connect Gmail from Settings → Integrations to send email from a deal using your own address. The connection only asks for permission to send mail — NeoKivo never requests access to read your inbox. A sent email lands in your own Sent folder as well as the deal timeline.
Sending from a deal
Use the Send email button in the Activity header on a deal page to compose to its contact, optionally starting from a template. If Gmail isn’t connected, or the connection has expired, the compose dialog shows a prompt to connect or reconnect instead of a send button.
Templates
Manage reusable templates in Settings → Email templates. A template can use merge fields — contact name, deal title and value, company name, your name — which fill in from the deal when you pick the template, so you can review the final text before sending.
On the timeline
BCC captures, replies, and emails sent from a deal all show up the same way: as an email entry on the deal timeline, newest first, alongside notes and calls. Each carries a badge: Sent for an email you sent through NeoKivo, Received for a BCC capture or reply, and Logged for an email entry with no captured direction, such as one added by hand from the composer’s Log email option.
