Billing and seats
How NeoKivo Pro pricing works, how seats are counted, what happens when you add or remove teammates, and where to find your invoices.

NeoKivo Pro is one flat-rate plan, billed through Stripe, monthly or annually. There is no feature-gated tier — every paying workspace gets full Pro functionality.

Annual billing works out to two months free compared to paying monthly. You choose monthly or annual when you subscribe, from Settings → Billing. There is no self-serve toggle to switch intervals afterward — email hello@neokivo.com and we will move it for you in Stripe.
How seats are counted
A seat is one accepted member of your workspace. Pending invites do not count as seats and are not billed — an invite only becomes a seat once the person accepts it and joins. You can send as many invites as you like; the seat cap and seat price only apply to people who have actually joined.
On a trial, the workspace is capped at 5 members. That cap is enforced when an invite is accepted, not when it is sent, so a 6th invite can be sent but will be rejected on acceptance until you subscribe.
Adding and removing seats
On a paid workspace, adding a teammate adds a seat, and removing one frees a seat. Either way, the change to your bill takes effect at your next renewal — there is no immediate charge for adding someone, and no refund for the current period when someone is removed.
Upgrading and canceling
Starting a subscription from a trial takes you to Stripe Checkout, where promotion codes can be applied if you have one. Canceling is always scheduled for the end of your current paid period — your workspace keeps full access until then, and you can resume before it lapses to undo the cancellation. Only the workspace owner can manage billing.
Invoices
Your last 12 invoices are listed on Settings → Billing, each with a link to a hosted invoice page and a PDF. The same page links to the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method and see full invoice and payment history.
