Saved views
Save a filter combination on the pipeline board so you can get back to it in one click. What gets saved, how to manage a view, and who can see it.
Updated 2026-07-21
Saved views live on the pipeline board only — People and Companies don’t have them yet, and neither does the mobile app.
What a view saves
A view captures the pipeline you’re looking at, its filters — owner, status (open, won, or lost), whether you’ve toggled overdue-only, and any custom-field filters you’ve set — and, if you’re in table view, the table’s state: which columns are shown and their sort.
Creating, applying, and deleting a view
- 1Set the filters you want on the pipeline board.
- 2Open the Views dropdown and choose Save current filters. This is only available once at least one filter is active.
- 3Type a name when prompted, and it’s saved.
- 4Click a saved view in the dropdown any time to apply its filters.
- 5Use the pencil icon next to a view to rename it, or the trash icon to delete it. Deleting asks you to confirm first.
Renaming only changes the label — the filters a view captured stay as they were. To change what a view filters on, set the filters you want and save a new one.
Per-user, not shared
Saved views are private. Only the person who saved a view can see it, apply it, or delete it — there’s no option to share a view with the rest of the workspace.
