Create your workspace
Sign up, name your workspace, and start your 14-day trial. No card required, and your data stays yours even if the trial runs out.

Go to the signup page and fill in your name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters. If your NeoKivo instance has Google sign-in configured, a "Continue with Google" button appears above the form as an alternative.
No credit card is asked for at signup. The form only collects your name, email, and password.
Name your workspace
After you create your account, NeoKivo takes you into a short setup wizard if you are not already a member of a workspace. The first step asks for a workspace name (for example, "Acme Sales") and creates it when you click "Create workspace."
Pick a starting point
The second step asks how you want to start: "Import from your current CRM" takes you to the CSV import wizard, and "Start fresh" drops you into an empty pipeline with default stages. You can also skip this step and land on the pipeline directly.
Your 14-day trial
Creating a workspace starts a 14-day trial automatically. The trial includes full functionality, capped at 5 seats, and never asks for a card. There is no free-forever plan: after 14 days, the workspace needs a subscription to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends
When the trial runs out without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only. You and your team can still view every record, run reports, and export contacts and deals to CSV. What stops working is anything that writes: creating or editing records, importing data, and the AI assistant. Nothing is deleted.
A read-only workspace shows a banner: "Your free trial has ended — this workspace is read-only until you subscribe." Only the workspace owner can subscribe, from Settings → Billing.
Subscribing at any point, during the trial or after, switches the workspace back to full access immediately. See Invite your team for what a subscription costs.
