Your trial, and what read-only means

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of full Pro. No credit card is required to start it. During the trial you get everything Pro offers, capped at 5 seats.

There is no free-forever tier. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted or locked out entirely.

What read-only actually blocks

Read-only blocks writes, not reads. Concretely: you can still sign in, browse every deal, contact, company, document, and report exactly as before, and export your data. What you cannot do is create, edit, delete, or import records — any action that would change data in the workspace is rejected until you subscribe.

• Still works: viewing every record, filtering and searching, CSV export of contacts and deals, downloading documents, running reports.
• Blocked: creating or editing deals, contacts, companies, and documents; importing a CSV; inviting or adding teammates; anything the AI assistant would normally write to your workspace.

The AI assistant keeps answering questions and reading your data in a read-only workspace — it just loses the ability to create or update records for you, the same as everything else, until you subscribe.

Subscribing restores full access

As soon as you subscribe, write access is restored — typically within seconds, once Stripe confirms the payment. Nothing is lost while a workspace is read-only: every record, document, and setting is exactly as you left it.
